From Portland Parks & Recreation’s event page:
Help keep Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge healthy with Portland Parks & Recreation and the Friends of Oaks Bottom. We will be mulching newly planted plants to help them make it through the hot summer months. If we finish, we may do English Ivy or Himalayan blackberry removal. Please dress for the weather. We recommend wearing layers and waterproof clothing. Please wear sturdy closed toe shoes and bring a personal water bottle and snacks. Tools, gloves, project instruction, warm beverages, and light snacks will be provided.
