Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge Clean-up – North Entrance

Join Friends of Oaks Bottom, SOLVE and Portland Parks and Recreation to keep Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge clean for trail users and wildlife! Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge is a 163-acre floodplain wetland that sits along the east bank of the Willamette River, OR, and is the largest remaining natural area within the lower reach of the Willamette-providing necessary habitat for fish and wildlife. Native wildlife populations include threatened salmon and more than 175 species of birds. Everyone is welcome; no experience is necessary!

** TWO OAKS BOTTOM CLEAN-UPS ARE POSTED ON THE SOLVE WEBSITE FOR MAY 8 – ONE AT THE NORTH ENTRANCE ON MILWAUKIE AVENUE AND A SECOND AT THE SOUTH ENTRANCE BEGINNING AT SELLWOOD RIVERFRONT PARK. PLEASE CONFIRM THE STARTING POINT FOR THE CLEANUP YOU WANT TO ATTEND.
