Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge is a 163-acre floodplain wetland that sits along the east bank of the Willamette River and is the largest remaining natural area within the lower reach of the Willamette providing necessary habitat for fish and wildlife. Native wildlife populations include threatened salmon and more than 175 species of birds. Everyone is welcome; no experience is necessary!\nDate & Time: Sunday, November 15, 2026 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.\nWhat to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your personal tools if available and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.\nAdvanced Registration: Required.
